Join us this year as we take part in the Shoebox Appeal, which is a fantastic opportunity to share hope with those who need it most across the world. A simple shoebox gift packed with love and fuelled by prayer can have a huge impact! Last year we collected an amazing 135 boxes through Encounter Church and the local community.

You can choose whether to give to a boy or a girl, as well as choosing from three ages groups. You can fill your box full of toiletries (non-liquids), toys and school supplies. For more information on how to pack your shoebox, click this link.

You can also donate £5 which goes towards delivery and project costs. If you donate online, you will receive an email to let you know which country your box was sent to. For more information, click this link.

There is also an option to build a box online, which is perfect if you are unsure of what to put into your box or would struggle to get out to buy all the items. You can choose the age group or boy or girl, as well as what items to put in. Then someone from the warehouse will build that shoebox for you. We are happy to be a Church Collection Centre which means that you can drop off your shoeboxes here. Please see the image to see where to drop them off and the opening times on the far right. On Friday 18th November, we are holding a drop off location, where you can enjoy a coffee or tea and cake while finding out more information about the Shoebox Appeal.
